Ottó Hermann’s former holiday home, the Peleház was built between 1898–1903, in the newly constructed holiday resort are of the time. In 1951 the buliding was managed by the Museum of Miskolc, its first permanent exhibition opened in 1964. In 2007 the memorial house got fully refurbished.
